How to Cancel an Intelius Subscription and Stop the Charges

Short answer: to cancel Intelius, log in at intelius.com, open your account and find the membership or subscription settings, then choose cancel and confirm. Expect one or two "special offer" screens first: keep clicking cancel. If you subscribed in the app, cancel through Apple or Google Play instead.

Cancel Intelius online

1. Go to Intelius's official website and sign in with the email you used to sign up.
2. Open My Account and find the membership or subscription settings.
3. Choose Cancel Subscription. Decline discount or "pause" offers if you want to stop paying.
4. Save the confirmation screen and email.
