1) What a good review looks like
- It explains what happened clearly.
- It includes useful details (date, service, outcome).
- It avoids insults and emotional attacks.
- It matches the star rating with the story.
2) What to avoid
- "They are thieves" without facts or evidence.
- Personal insults aimed at workers or owners.
- Posting screenshots with private phone numbers or IDs.
- Copying and pasting the same review across many brands.
3) Fake and incentivized reviews are banned
You must not accept money, gifts, discounts, or favors to post a review. You also must not ask friends to post fake experiences to boost or damage ratings.
4) Keep reviews lawful and safe
- No hate speech, threats, harassment, or discrimination.
- No sexual content, violent content, or illegal activity promotion.
- No impersonation or identity theft.
5) Proof and evidence
You may upload supporting evidence when available (for example receipts or chat screenshots). Do not upload private sensitive data unless specifically requested for moderation.
6) Updates and corrections
If a business solves your issue, update your review. Fair updates improve trust and help other users make better decisions.
7) Reporting and moderation
Anyone can report a review. Our moderation team checks reported content. If it breaks policy, we remove it. Repeated violations can lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
8) Appeals
If your review is removed and you disagree, contact support with your explanation and any evidence. A second review can be requested in line with moderation policy.
