What to write about

  • Charges: account fees, SMS alerts, card fees and transfer charges you were not told about.
  • The mobile app and USSD: does it work when you need it, and how fast do MoMo transfers arrive?
  • Customer service: queues, how problems were solved, and how long a refund or reversal took.
  • Loans and cards: how long approval took, and whether the terms matched what you were promised.

Write about your own experience only, and never post your account number, PIN or card details.
