1) Who these terms are for
These terms apply to any person using TrustCheck as a reviewer. If you browse, sign up, post, or comment, these terms apply to you.
2) Age and account rules
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Use one account only. Do not create multiple accounts to influence ratings.
- Keep your password safe and do not share your login.
- Do not pretend to be another person or business.
3) How to write a valid review
A strong review is honest, specific, and respectful.
- Write about a real experience you personally had.
- Explain what happened, when it happened, and how it ended.
- Use clear language. Avoid insults and personal attacks.
- If your issue was later resolved, update your review.
4) What is not allowed
- Fake reviews, paid reviews, or coordinated review campaigns.
- Spam, promotions, referral links, or unrelated content.
- Threats, hate speech, harassment, or abusive language.
- Publishing private personal information about someone else.
- Uploading harmful files, malware, or trying to break the platform.
5) How moderation works
We review reported content. If content breaks the rules, we may remove it. If an account repeatedly breaks the rules, we may suspend or permanently ban that account.
6) Your content and rights
You own what you write. By posting on TrustCheck, you give us permission to display, store, and process that content to run and improve the platform.
7) Privacy and data
We process your data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Ghana law. Do not post sensitive personal data in public reviews.
8) Service availability
We work hard to keep TrustCheck online, but we cannot promise zero downtime. We may update or change features at any time.
9) Liability limits
TrustCheck is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by user-generated content or service interruptions.
10) Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when needed. The latest version is always published on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
