1) How to respond to reviews
- Thank the customer for feedback, even if the review is negative.
- Address facts, not emotions.
- Offer next steps to resolve the issue.
- Do not share the customer's private data in replies.
2) What is prohibited
- Posting fake positive reviews for your own business.
- Posting fake negative reviews about competitors.
- Offering rewards for positive reviews only.
- Harassing, insulting, or threatening reviewers.
- Submitting false legal complaints to silence customers.
3) Fair invitation rules
- Invite all relevant customers fairly, not only happy customers.
- Do not pressure customers to choose a specific rating.
- Do not edit customer review text.
- Only contact customers you are allowed to contact.
4) Profile integrity
Keep your business name, category, contact details, and location accurate. Misleading or false business profile information may lead to profile restriction.
5) Evidence and disputes
If you think a review is fake, report it and provide clear evidence. Our team reviews both sides before deciding. Do not run public arguments with customers in review replies.
6) Enforcement
Violations can result in warning, feature restriction, profile demotion, temporary suspension, or permanent ban, depending on severity and repeat behavior.
