Short answer: to cancel BeenVerified, log in, open My Account, and choose the option to cancel your account or subscription, then keep the confirmation. If you subscribed in the BeenVerified app through Apple or Google Play, you must cancel in your Apple or Google subscriptions instead: deleting the app does not cancel it. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments.

Cancel before the trial ends, using the same steps. Trials usually convert to a paid membership automatically. Check the trial end date in your confirmation email and cancel at least a day before.

Can I get a BeenVerified refund?

BeenVerified does not promise refunds, but support may consider one if you ask soon after the charge, with your member ID, signup email, charge date and amount. If you were charged after cancelling, or for a membership you did not agree to, and the company declines, dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. Opt out of BeenVerified search results

Cancelling your membership does not remove your own information from BeenVerified's people search results. Look for the separate opt-out or "do not sell my information" page on BeenVerified's website to request removal.
