What makes a good review

Only review a business you have paid or used. Say what you bought, how you paid and what you got.
Stick to facts and dates. Say what happened and whether it was put right.
No paid or rewarded reviews. Do not review in exchange for a discount or payment.
Criticise the service, not the person. No insults, phone numbers or private details.
