Short answer: sign in at whitepages.com, open My Account, go to Purchases & Billing (subscription status) and choose Cancel Auto-Renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you subscribed in the Whitepages app, cancel in Apple or Google Play instead.
Cancel Whitepages Premium online
- Sign in on Whitepages' official website with the email you signed up with.
- Open My Account, then Purchases & Billing.
- Open your subscription status and click Cancel Auto-Renewal.
- Confirm and keep the confirmation email.
Menu names can change. If you cannot find the option, use the help or contact page on Whitepages' own site.
Cancel a Whitepages app subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Whitepages → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Whitepages → Cancel.
Whitepages cannot cancel app store billing for you.
Whitepages refunds
Partial months and unused time are generally not refunded, so turn off auto-renewal well before the renewal date. If you were charged after cancelling, contact Whitepages support with your confirmation. If that fails, dispute the charge.
Remove your listing
Cancelling Premium does not remove your own details from Whitepages. Use its separate suppression or opt-out request.
