What makes a good review
- Only review a business you have paid or used. Say what you bought, how you paid and what you got.
- Stick to facts and dates. Say what happened and whether it was put right.
- No paid or rewarded reviews. Do not review in exchange for a discount or payment.
- Criticise the service, not the person. No insults, phone numbers or private details.
